Course Description:
In this course, students will explore the importance of physical fitness and develop healthy habits through fun and engaging activities. They will measure their baseline fitness, set personal goals, and track their progress throughout the course. Students will also learn the fundamentals of sports—such as dance, gymnastics, soccer, and basketball—as well as how to fuel their bodies with essential nutrients. By the end, they will have built a personalized exercise plan that can grow with them over time.
