Screen Sharing

On occasion, our technical support representatives may ask you to share your screen with them, so that we may more quickly diagnose and solve your technical issues. Sharing your screen is done for your convenience to allow an accurate assessment of your problems, but is not required to get technical support from us. If you are not 100% sure you are talking with one of our technical support reps, or are uncomfortable sharing your screen for any reason, you may refuse. Before you connect with one of our representatives, make sure that the person you are speaking with is either on a call you were expecting from us, or a call that you initiated.
